The Vision

I spent 20 years in the U.S. Air Force learning that leadership is defined by two things: providing stability and creating opportunity. Today, I apply those standards across a portfolio of ventures designed to help people thrive during life’s most significant transitions. Whether I am providing a home for a military family, mentoring a student, or consulting for an organization, my mission is the same: to build blueprints for resilience, freedom, and legacy.

A Foundation of Global Perspective

My story began in the vibrant city of Kingston, Jamaica. After relocating to Long Island, New York, at age 10, I learned early on the power of adaptability and the importance of a strong academic foundation.

This journey led me to The Citadel, where I earned my Bachelor’s in Business Administration, followed by a Master’s from the University of Oklahoma, and ultimately a Doctor of Management from the University of Phoenix. As a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), I bridge the gap between high-level academic theory and the boots-on-the-ground reality of organizational leadership.

Service: The Air Force Legacy

As a retired United States Air Force Officer, I dedicated two decades to the defense of our nation. My primary role was as an Air Battle Manager, a position requiring intense focus and strategic foresight.

As a Senior (Weapons) Director on the iconic E-3 Sentry (AWACS) combat aircraft, I accumulated nearly 1,000 hours of critical flight time, directing air assets in dynamic battle spaces. I later served as an Assistant Professor of Management at the United States Air Force Academy, where I had the honor of shaping the next generation of leaders by teaching Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management.

Wealth & Lifestyle Design

I believe that financial independence is the precursor to true freedom. In 2021, after 20 years of service, I architected a "work-from-anywhere" model that allows me to manage my U.S. interests with a global perspective.

While my primary residence and business operations remain in Las Vegas, I divide my time between the U.S. and my family’s roots in Montego Bay, Jamaica. This balance allows me to live the principles I teach: building sustainable wealth that supports a life of intentionality and family-centered freedom.

Through my real estate investment company, Prosperous Investments, I manage a portfolio of premium mid-term rentals in Colorado and Nevada. We provide more than just housing; we provide turnkey environments for military families, traveling medical professionals, and corporate executives who need a secure, tech-ready space to remain productive and comfortable.

I write for the “Strategic Builder”—those who want to design a life of freedom and intentionality.

Impact & Philanthropy

Since 2013, the Prosperous Investments Scholarship has been a pillar of my commitment to youth development. Over the last 13 years, we have awarded more than $36,000 to graduating high school seniors.

A portion of every rental stay and every book sale goes directly toward this mission. We aren’t just building portfolios; we are investing in the future leaders who will create their own legacies.
